Ill Just Listen Talk now

Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-10-19

1. What this service is

Ill Just Listen ("the Service") is an AI conversation tool for emotional support and reflection. It generates text using a large language model. It is not a healthcare provider, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, crisis service, or emergency service, and it does not provide medical or mental-health care, diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

2. No professional relationship

Your use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship. No output from the Service should be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.

3. Emergencies

Do not use the Service for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US), call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to an emergency room. The Service cannot dispatch help, monitor you, or contact anyone on your behalf.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Acceptable use

7. AI limits and accuracy

The Service can be wrong, incomplete, or unhelpful. It may misunderstand you. It does not know facts about your health, and its output is not verified by a human. You are responsible for your own decisions.

8. Free plan, paid plans, and changes

The free plan is currently 25 messages per day. Paid plans, when introduced, will be described on the pricing page before purchase, with clear billing terms. We may change or withdraw features; we will not retroactively charge for a period already used.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it, process it, and generate replies — including sending it to our model provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be available when you need it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service, including decisions about your health or safety. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be announced in the app.
